Driven by fitness, family and community, Theo’s approach is grounded, thoughtful and consistent. His focus is always on understanding the person in the chair and delivering results that feel considered, not rushed.

All of Mike’s clients know they can count on him for a fresh fade and a solid chat about footy or anything sports for that fact. As an OG barber at Common and educator for the team, he brings years of experience and skill to every cut. With his easygoing nature, broad knowledge and sharp eye for style, Mike guarantees a great experience every time.

Lily has been passionate about everything from textured mullets to classic, wearable cuts since day one. She brings a creative eye, strong technical skill and a calm, welcoming presence to the barbershop.
Always up for a good catch-up or a movie chat, Lily creates a comfortable space for every client. When she’s not behind the chair, she’s often helping clients find their best brows with a custom sculpt and wax, or supporting Theo and Vanisha around the shop.
